4.2.1.0
2018-05-07
This update includes a great new feature - Block Programming! With Block Programming, you can now log workouts as circuits, supersets, normal progression, or all three at the same time.
We've added a new color to the Log Workout View, the Edit Workout View, and the Workout Summary View to distinguish which exercises are circuit-based. Supersets and Normal progression workouts continue to look and behave as previously built.
Block Programming will help users expand exercise routines and will provide trainers with more scenarios for their clients. If you have enjoyed using the app, please take a moment to leave a review! We would appreciate your feedback!
