Removed defunct Dropbox Sync, and added in iCloud Sync. It's always enabled, just make sure your device has iCloud Drive turned on.

Allows for customization of Stress Tracks
* You can set any stress track up to 6 boxes.
* support for 3rd optional stress track
* Added extra Mental Consequence for characters with a will of 5 or more.
* Can turn extra consequences on and off in options.

Leaving the options alone will make stress tracks function as they do in standard Fate Core.
