The application is aimed at a wide audience - all involved in the transport of live animals within New Zealand; farmers, stock agents, truck drivers, veterinarians, and meat company staff, all of whom have responsibilities conveyed upon them by the Animal Welfare Act 1999 and codes of welfare such as the Codes of Welfare for Transport within New Zealand 2011.
