End-to-end encryption (E2EE) is a method of secure communication that prevents third-parties from accessing data while it's transferred from one end device to another, tablets or computers. In E2EE, the data is encrypted on the sender's system or device and only the recipient is able to decrypt it. Nobody in between, be they an Internet service provider, application service provider or hacker, not even FlashTok, can read it or tamper with it.

Spring is a season of great innovations and inspirations and so the new release of FlashTok Messenger is very special.
* Crystal clear voice and high definition video calls.
Experience clear, HD calls from FlashTok Messenger. This new technology improves the quality between compatible devices by capturing sound waves twice as fast as other calls, and uses a broader range of frequencies to match the range of pitch and tone.
* Next-Generation CDN for the possible fastest connection.
As a default option FlashTok Messenger uses Session Traversal Utilities for NAT (STUN) gateways to provide peer-to-peer (P2P) serverless connection between devices. STUN can bridge P2P connections for the most NATs except the symmetric variety, which have unpredictable port mapping. In this case, Traversal Using Relays around NAT (TURN) is used to bridge the connection of a user behind NAT. With the new version of FlashTok Messenger, we provide brand new Content Delivery Network (CDN) for TURN cases, so that connection between users behind NAT is done via the possible closest TURN server. Currently, FlashTok uses servers in Switzerland, Germany, Canada and some other locations.

FlashTok Messenger communication is end-to-end encrypted. Now the user can ensure that there is no "man in the middle" attack before making important calls by pressing a special button in the menu.
* Silent Messages.
