Several fixes and improvements for the way invalid video file errors are handled and logged.

This new version of Consult introduces enhancements to recover 'lost' consultation videos. For example, if a video was recorded, but wasn't successfully saved as a consultation before closing the app. These recovered videos will appear in the History tab with the title 'Recovered Consultation [date and time of recording]'.

We've also introduced improvements to the way login is handled to make it easier to use Consult on shared devices.

Fix an issue causing the app to be unresponsive after accepting media permissions.

When a consultation is saved, the app will now immediately display progress for optimisation and uploading. This can also be opened for any consultation from the History screen.

• Sometimes you think you've deleted a consultation, only to have it reappear! This fix prevents that from happening, and removes any existing 'zombie' consultations from you History list.
• Sometimes the app can't optimise a file. From now on, the app will optimise the file when it can, and upload the raw file when it can't.

Fix for consultations with a very short duration, or where the app can't determine the duration. This should allow affected consultations to be uploaded successfully to FourteenFish.
