FUJIFILM XApp is an app. provided by Fujifilm Corporation. Once users pair a Fujifilm digital camera with their smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth®, they can transfer captured images and movies to their smartphone or tablet, control the camera remotely, backup and restore camera settings, synchronize date, time, and location, and update firmware.
The Wi-Fi function of smartphones or tablets is also used for transferring captured images and videos, and updating firmware.
In addition, by signing in to Fujifilm's network service, daily shooting activities using the camera can be automatically summarized in a diary format.
This service is useful for reviewing their photographic activities and improving their photographic skills.

Это намного лучше чем было раньше! Но я не могу понять чем обосновано требование выдать разрешение на постоянный и точный доступ к геопозиции? Для чего это в таком приложении? Почему не опционально?

Стало намного удобнее и лучше, чем было раньше. Стабильнее и быстрее! Надеюсь еще много чего полезного добавится со временем.
И главное – больше не обязательно оставлять выключенной геолокацию в телефоне!

The application is good, outwardly even better than the camera remote, but I would like more new features:
- the ability to transfer RAF / video to a smartphone
- put a rating on the taken photos and delete all photos without a rating
- the ability to edit and load your own settings (lut) directly into the cameras.
the new application is certainly good, but how is it cardinally different from the old one? activity tracker? fun, but the function is not particularly needed. On other systems, for some reason, they give the same opportunity to transfer a raw file to a smartphone, but for some reason, fuji has not yet done this.

Impossible to update the firmware

Background reconnect
The app is nearly perfect, but lacking the ability to reliably reconnect to the camera. I don't keep my camera on while I'm hiking or walking around, but I still want the geotagging to be accurate. Thus, if I turn the camera off, it won't reconnect reliably unless I launch the app on my phone again. This can and should be fixed to not require any actions on the phone.

Photo transfer not working
After using the app for a while, it shows that phone memory is full and does not allow to save any more pictures from the camera, despite the over 100gb actual free storage.
