— SI Units & Internationalization —
For all our non-USA users, numeric lab values will now default to SI units. You can toggle this between SI & US units in your Profile. In the coming weeks/months we’ll be adding country-specific drug names. Please send us a feedback message if you see a drug name that doesn’t make sense in your country.
— Coughing & Pain —
Full Code patients will visibly and vocally cough when appropriate and look unhappy and grimace when they’re uncomfortable or in-pain. Perform the appropriate interventions and they might visibly improve.
— Patient Decompensation —
On certain cases, the patient will get worse (decompensate) over time as the case progresses. Perform the right interventions to prevent or arrest the decompensation.
— Lab Value Normal Ranges —
For all numeric lab values, there is now a small info button that can show you the normal range for your patient. If you are on an easy/medium difficulty setting, the abnormal labs will highlight in red. On hard difficulty it’s up to you to notice abnormalities!
