How it works

Using Game Payment is simple:

• Download the app and set-up your account.
• Add money to your account from your debit card.
• Set your spend limits via the player controls.
• Play at a Game Payment-enabled gaming machine.
• Withdraw credit or winnings when you want to.

Game Payment employs encryption technology, used worldwide by the payments industry, to guarantee security. Your money will be held in a secure eWallet until want to use it to play on a gaming machine. The transfer of funds is also protected by encryption.

Keeping gambling responsible

Whilst Game Payment makes play without physical cash easy, it is designed with measures to help players to manage their spending responsibly. Through the app, players:

• Can add funds up to their safe betting limit.
• Receive reminders of how much they have spent in a gaming session.
• Can view their transaction history for the last six months.
• Can take a break from play for between one week and six months.
• Can easily close their account.
• Can access links to gambling support organisations.
