Our app provides unprecedented medical realism, enabled by the accurate simulation of human tissue dynamics, realistic scope optics, and moving fluids to recreate life-like endoscopic procedures in the GI tract. Each case is vetted by top gastroenterologists and medical experts with clinical simulation training experience from top hospitals.

Gastro Ex simulates GI tract procedures that millions of adults will have in their lifetime. According to the CDC, adults 50 years and older should get screened for colorectal cancer given the increased risk in this age group. More than 90% of colorectal cancer cases occur in people aged 50 or older, yet only 50% of adults who should have colonoscopies comply with recommended guidelines. The simulations in Gastro Ex make many of these screening procedures, polyp removals, biopsies, and more readily accessible at your fingertips for advanced training.

Featuring two CME cases on Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's Disease, players will be challenged to visualize and understand the severity of the diseases, all while earning CME credits. Prepare yourself (and your virtual patients) for endoclips, a brand new in-game medical device, PLUS two limited-time competitions in Gastro Ex!

GI Gems Event: Compete in GI Gems by playing a series of featured GI cases, where you'll take biopsy samples, locate lesions, and treat AVMs and flat polyps. Compete against colleagues, and yourself, for the highest score -- then defend your spot on the GI Gems leaderboard. Event ends March 9th!

Crimson Chaos Event: Going live on February 23rd, dive right in to our second competition, Crimson Chaos! This event features two brand new cases to help you get familiar with endoclips, our newest gastroenterology tool. All while managing your patient's vitals and quickly treating any unexpected complications during surgery. Get the highest scores and secure a top spot on the Crimson Chaos leaderboard!
