GlucoseCharter is a diabetes log book that produces logs with graphs in a PDF format that you can print or send to your doctor. It adds workouts and calories to your logs so you can show your doctor that you're being mindful of your fitness. For your convenience GlucoseCharter automatically reads workout data from Apple HealthKit. It also stores your Glucose readings into HealthKit for easy integration with other health apps.

This app has been developed and used over the last six years by a type 2 diabetic with advise and input from his doctor. My doctor loves these charts.
