We are bringing a new version of the GMDY iOS app to all sports fans! Create an account, follow your favorite athletes and teams and discover what makes your favorite athletes who they are; both on and off the field! We've also recently introduced some new social features. Athletes can now connect their Instagram content to their GMDY profile, give fans a true social commerce experience. This complete experience continues on the mission of creating a complete, 360-degree view of an athlete and giving athletes and fans a new way to form a connection!

We continue to balance general app improvements for the user experience and adding new functionality that we know you are going to love!
1. The first type of Push Notifications have been introduced. We’ll let you know when you followed athletes and teams are in action so you can come check out their gameday. The Notification tab will still show static text for now as we enhance the Notifications feature, this will be where all your notifications will be stored.
2. Navigating within an athlete or team profile should be much smoother when looking at past and future event. Why land on a date on the calendar when there is no event? We agree!
Each profile now let’s you sort the available products as you would anywhere else when shopping! We’ve joined the 21st century!
3. You can now share any product within the app the to the same places you would share content using your iOS device.
4. We’ve introduced swipe navigation. On pages like the Follow and Search, you can now swipe right or left to navigate to the different tabs. You will see these navigation improvements throughout the app in future releases.

This new version has both cleanup and some new functionality. I am sure you don't really care about the cleanup, so let's cut to the chase! We hope you notice a few things.
1. We changed the heart to make it more reactive and clear when you add a product to the Locker
2. It should be much easier to navigate through the calendar with the forward and back arrows
3. We've introduced a new Notifications navigation section at the bottom of the app. This section is still in development and what you see is static text, but over the next couple releases, we will be able to notify you when there are exciting GMDY announcements we want to make sure you see.

A couple minor updates in this version. The link to share the app in the Settings and the scroll bar in the Locker has been removed to to be consistent within the entire app experience.
