Мне очень по душе это приложение!
Всего достаточно в настройках, и классные звуки для практик.
Правда, если бы немножко интерфейс обновили бы, не было бы равных этому приложению. И ещё было бы классно добавить синхронизацию со здоровьем «осознанность». Сделайте, пожалуйста.

Amazing application. Only one thing is not very useful in mu oppinion. Custom breathing schemes is a step, and people who intrested in breath technics sometime pass this step. But in menu it is nesesary to push a small button, but large space in middle of screen posted by beginner and advanced mode. If somebody using cusstom schemes he is always advanced, doesn't matter that he will not breath a advanced pattern, maybe he have individual way to develop his breathing. In my point of view middle screen better for often used functions, which will be different for beginner and advanced or custom. The level is choosing and never goes back, advanced or custom advanced never be beginner anymore. I think this mode better for preferences. But this is only my point of view and it can be wrong for others. Any way application may help to concentrate on breathing in rebirthing technics and i think in more others.
