Health U is an on-the-go at your fingertips diabetes prevention program. For less than 3 minutes a day, Health U’s programs are designed to help you lose weight and effortlessly adopt the habits to avoid type 2 diabetes. Health U’s program gives you diverse ways to learn: goodbye boring lectures, hello engaging micromodules!

Health U is a community for members to access their CDC-recommended interactive curriculum and get personalized support from their coach via chat and video. Health U also uses health data from the Health app using the HealthKit API to enable customers to sync metrics and track their progress.
