NEW! Introducing 2 ways we’ve made it easier for you to track your health – and gain greater insight into your wellbeing.
1. SYNC WITH FITBIT PRODUCTS FROM YOUR HOME SCREEN IN JUST A FEW TAPS
From your home screen, tap ‘Choose a tracker’, then ‘Fitbit’. A few taps later, you’ll see your Fitbit trackers on your home screen, with all your other trackers. You’ll also gain a health snapshot and updates in your weekly reports. Plus, you can compare trackers – and spot trends. Just tap ‘See more’ by an individual tracker.
2. TRACK WITH NUMBERS WHEN YOU CREATE YOUR OWN TRACKERS
Now you can create your own trackers using numbers, not just a scale. Let’s say you’re tracking, “How many cups of coffee did I drink before 1pm?”. You can now choose to track with a number – from zero, upwards. To get started, tap ‘Create a tracker’ on your home screen.

Health tracking is now twice as good! 1). Connect with your Fitbit products in a few taps. 2). Create your own trackers in a flash with new templates… plus, customise them to your exact needs.
The result? It's now even easier to track your health, spot trends and build healthy habits:
1. Connect with your Fitbit products
From your home screen, tap 'Choose a tracker' and then tap 'Fitbit'. Then, a few taps later, you'll see your Fitbit trackers on your home screen, with all your other trackers. To compare a Fitbit tracker, just tap 'See more' by an individual tracker.
2. Create your own trackers:
We've templated our most popular trackers (including stress, water and vegetables) to make it faster for you to track. You also have the option to set a question to get clearer results (e.g. 'How many cups of coffee did I drink before 11am?') To get started, tap 'Create a tracker' on your home screen.

Finding things in your journal is now effortless…
Go to 'Journal' and filter by date, by assessment reports, notes or trackers. Alternatively, type a word like 'coughing' in the top search bar to find every time you've mentioned it.
Setting health goals and reminders, plus comparing your trackers is now a breeze…
