HealthKey application enables patients and providers to better manage care delivery. The providers can define the regimen & goals and can provide real-time details to patients on their vitals, health measures & medication compliance.

HealthKey application is designed keeping in mind the management of chronic conditions. It monitors & tracks blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose, BMI, body fat and a host of other measures using home health devices from FitBit, Withings and iHealth. Providers get real-time alerts and allows timely intervention.

HealthKey application also takes Patient Engagement to a whole new level. If the app is used through a Hospital or a Practice, HealthKey app allows patients to view their medical history, lab results, request refills & appointments, access targeted education material and even helps patients to communicate with their doctors.
