HOC app turns your smart phone into an emergency help device. In case of an incident, it shows and tracks your exact location to your emergency contacts; and you will instantly know who is on their way to help you and how long will it take them to reach you.

Now you don't have to call, or text, or wait for someone to answer your call to let someone know that you need help. This app does it all with just a click.
