MYLES is a race series management tool, designed to assist HKRS' Community Coordinators with race preparation, race-day management and overall running series execution. MYLES integrates the suite of digital tools currently offered independently by Healthy Kids Running Series. MYLES is an acronym for 'Making Your Life Easier Solution,' as well as pun on the miles run in our program! MYLES integrative capabilities enable six core features, making Community Coordintor's lives easier. Features are as follows:
Participant Management - API connectivity to HKRS' registration platform syncs real-time participant data into MYLES enabling Community Coordinators to view, contact and add runners into their race series.
Results Management - A complete listing of race series participants is populated to allow for easy to enter race points and/or times across the five-week series. MYLES' automatic results calculator saves Community Coordinators from having to manually tally and publish race results by automating this process, saving time.
Profile Management - Through MYLES' profile management tool, Community Coordinators can keep their profile information up-to-date including their profile picture, contact information, shirt size, shipping address, preferred contact times, and more.
Service Desk - MYLES integrates seamlessly with HKRS' customer service system, enabling Community Coordinators to enter new service requests or 'tickets,' watch progress on existing requests, and connect with HKRS for specific race series needs.
Interactive Checklists - Myles features three checklists for Community Coordinators which cover both onboarding and exiting, with the focus on the Race Series Checklist. This interactive and comprehensive checklist functionality syncs with the Coordinator's race series start date, providing an easy-to-navigate list of to-do items and tasks relating to race preparation. Check the boxes and stay on track while planning your next race series!
Notifications - Coordinators can aggregate, enable or disable push notifications from HKRS' national office. Notifications will be used to alert Community Coordinators of news, policy changes and other race related information in-season.
