Updated to the latest iOS look and feel and for rule changes in the 2020 MLB season.

64-bit iOS support (required by iOS 11) and two years of bug fixes!
You can now delete players, teams and fields – but only if they have not appeared in any games.

Great-looking scorecards are finally here, with AirPrint support! Fixed crashes with players that were “deleted” by clearing their names and/or numbers, and in youth/rec league games with more batters than fielders.
