We use approaches that we researched at Stanford University, which demonstrated the therapeutic benefit of creative and social reflection, with fun and surprising tools to get out our feelings and thoughts, and a comfortable space to supportively talk about them together. We’ve developed these ideas for everyday use, as humanStreams.

Decades of research demonstrate that letting things out is good for our minds and our bodies, and close, supportive relationships are a powerful driver of overall health and longevity. We think real growth takes deep reflection, and building healthy minds and hearts is a collective activity, for our own wellbeing and for that of society.
