The fastest food and symptom tracking app. My app is faster than a gut with IBS-D and won't block you from your life like IBS-C.

All data is stored on your device and can be exported in full at any time.

I've added a small widget.
- It shows the time of your last meal.
- What colour your meal will be if you eat right now.
- What time you can eat so your intestines are fully cleansed.

As always please backup you data or export the JSON file from the settings before updating. Your data is only on your device so please take care to backup regularly.

BEFORE UPDATING: Please go to settings and export your data as JSON to create a backup just in case something goes wrong. It does not hurt to do this periodically. Your data is only in your app for privacy reasons so you must take care to do backups yourself.

- Days that don't have any symptoms will get a meta record of "I feel good" in the morning. This more closely reflects the mood of the day if no other symptoms are listed.
