Come join our IBX Running Coaches for follow along treadmill runs!
This treadmill running app offers tons of coach led treadmill runs from our coaches
who will take you through various workouts. Choose from our HIIT, intervals,
endurance, fartlek, hills, celebrity, progressive, walking categories and more!
Whether you are here to get healthier, feel good, lose weight, or hit those target
mile times, we have a workout for you.
For those who want a more structured training plan, we have a great selection of
premade running challenges with tons more to come! Or if you are just getting
started running, try out our super popular Couch to 5K series. Our coaches will take
you through the 9-week program to becoming a runner!

We are a community that wants to improve our ourselves through running. Whether

runners come in all shapes, sizes, and skill levels, and endeavors to be a place

COACH LED FOLLOW ALONG TREADMILL VIDEOS
Join our awesome coaches in various treadmill run types such as HIIT, intervals,
endurance, fartlek, hills, and more! We also have a great variety of walking
workouts if that is more your speed. These are completely ad-free so no waiting
around to get started! Additionally, you can filter workouts by length so you can
choose the right workout that you have time for. You have every IBX Running
workout at your fingertips!
WORKOUT PLANS
We have a variety of weekly and monthly workout challenges to follow along with
for a more structured exercise regimen. Come join the IBX Community as we take
on these challenges and get better!
TRACK PROGRESS
This app will track every time you do an IBX run and let you upload progress
pictures as well.
