Когда просматриваешь архив не видно на каких днях есть запись на каких нету

Камеры живут своей жизнью. Постоянно отворачиваются в крайнее положение уткнувшись в стенку.
Разработчики игнорят этот факт.
Пишут - напишите на почту. Стандартной фразой
НО. Написал. Ответа нет.

Перезагрузка
Очередное обновление программы привело к постоянным перезагрузкам камер. Такое уже было примерно пол года назад после обновления программы, когда приложение обновилось очередной раз, всё нормализовалось. Сейчас история повторилась, жду очередного обновления программы чтобы этот баг пропал !

Не подключается к сети wi-fi
Здравствуйте! после обновления из приложения 7 октября камера ушла в режим offline. с интернетом проблем нет, неоднократно перезагружали, камера перестала подключаться к сети Wi-fi. На самой камере все индикаторы горят огоньки. в отзывах нашла похожие проблемы у пользователей. исправьте пожалуйста ситуацию!

уехал в другую страну и исчезла камера из устройств. у жены на телефоне под тем же логином все есть, она еще в россии. какими надо быть криворукими, чтобы так сделать.

Ужасное последнее обновление! все поменялось, стало непонятно как. перестали приходить оповещения ! вообще, какие либо , фото фиксации человека тоже отсутствуют!!пусто! Не могу просмотреть вообще ничего. Верните предыдущую версию и как было все !!! Для чего камера. Если она не функционирует !

Платное приложение
Для того что бы просмотреть архив с тревогой нужно заплатить за облако))) Есть подобные приложения которые работают с этими же камерами, поэтому не стоит расстраиваться, установите другое приложение к примеру ту же XMEYE
