1 мес работал хорошо . При подписке на второй мес программа не открывается , деньги списались , а программа не работает . Ни в приложении , ни в компьютере .

Приложение перестало работать. Даже не получается его открыть, сразу вылетает. Перезагружала телефон, удаляла приложение и заново скачивала, ничего не помогло. В чем причина непонятно
