- Introducing: Burst Workouts. Don't have the time (or the endurance) for a solid, long workout? Then try out the new Burst workout! 2 rounds of high intensity, 3.5 minute workouts that cover your boxing moves as well as your basic footwork and full body exercises. Go for a quick session today!
- New menu. We have overhauled the menus to give a smoother experience and a quick description of the various workouts. This also gives a clear breakdown of what's to come in each workout. Hopefully this clears up some of the confusion we have seen around the app. Thank you for your patience!
