The InsideOut app is based on the principles of neuroplasticity, which is the ability of your brain to “rewire” itself to work more efficiently. It was once thought that once you reached adulthood the brain could not change. We have learned over the past decade that this is simply not true. One of the most exciting fields of neuroscience is how the brain changes itself and what consequences, good and bad, take place.
Each exercise should be performed multiple times per day and more often when you are under extreme amounts of stress. Start off slowly and work your way up in duration. Start with Brain Integration exercises first then do Love centered breathing and finish up with the Love Meditation.
