* Order Status Timeline:
Do you ever wonder about the exact time that your order went into production or was shipped? Wonder no more, your individual order manager already had a chat window, but now it also shows exactly when orders statuses were updated. So you can see exactly when you made a chat request in relation to status changes.

A wise (wo)man once said, you don’t know where you’re going, if you don’t know where you’ve been. By integrating plaster casting into our ordering system, it’s clear we want to be an all inclusive company. As inclusivity is our process, we don’t want to leave any clinicians behind! We didn’t stop there, we also continued terminating some buggy bugs.

* Plaster cast management:
If you have the iOS prescriber app, we know that you are probably using a Structure Sensor to prescribe orthotics. That being said, you’d still want to be able to review the occasional plaster order from your app. So here you go!

We touched up the order tracking page and prescriber information in the order overview.

Your software is only as good as the connection you have with your valued users. That’s why we focused on completing redo-ing our user management. You might not see too much change on our iOS app! Welcome to a new year filled with great updates focused on enhancing your prescription and fulfilment experience. We can’t give too much away just yet, but it involves us becoming even more end-to-end. From prescription to beyond!

New Features:

* Flagging urgent orders
We understand you want to stay on top of your orders, especially if they are urgent. One of our users rightly pointed out that it wasn’t really clear that an order was urgent after it was actually completed. Here you go, there is now a little flag on the left side so you’ll know which orders to focus on.

* Additional orders interface
Often times, helping you means improving our system as well. Win-win! If you want to order several prescriptions you can now create an additional prescription “tab” at the top of your form. The patient information will be copied into this new prescription, hereafter you can create a completely unique additional medical device.

* Enhancing your log-in experience
While we assume you’re not logging in and out of our app as a sport, we did want to make it a bit easier though. As you undoubtedly know, we require a pin code to setup an account and adjust it. Now you’ll be able to see this pincode from the subject line of the email at glance.

* Prescription overview
In the order overview page, you can easily review your prescriptions through the flick of a toggle. We’ve decided to add some more information (ie. delivery address, etc.) to improve your order experience.

New Features:

* Address confirmation
Ever changed your mind about where you want to ship your insoles. Well, we’ve got your back! Now you can change delivery address at a later stage to ensure that your insoles get where they need to go.

* Order confirmation
As you know we are currently not storing patient information in our database for security reasons. We wanted to further minimize this data risk, so we updated our dataflow. Moving forward, when saving an order you will immediately receive an email with your patients’ name and order number. On our end, we immediately replace this full name with initials once this email is sent. No patient identifiers, no worries!

* Prescription form updates
We’ve made a whole host of updates based on your requests. Thanks a bunch! For example, contact, address, and order information is automatically copied to your fresh new order. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

While the magic year of 2018 is winding down, we are just moving up! It’s been a transformative year full of exciting opportunities and 2019 is looking to be no different! * Status change through order viewer
Our goal is to make your order overview page the comfortable home for all your prescription related data. In order to speed up your processes you can now change the status order ( from pending to submitted) from the overview page. This means, you no longer have to go to the end of your prescription form to change the status. Nice and clean!

* First time login password creation
As a startup, you are constant juggling important features. One of those is the ability to change your assigned password upon login. Finally, this is the case as you will now be able to use the name of your pet rabbit as the unhackable access code (FluFfyth3r@bit2018). As a new user, just download the app and there you go!

* New, Prescribe later & pending orders through web
Yes, I know! This is not an iPad update, you are so sharp. I just wanted to make sure that you didn’t miss out on managing your orders from your desktop or smartphone. Now you can simply log into your online order manager to create, complete, and check up on your custom medical devices.

* Order notifications on all platforms
As clinicians, you spend every waking professional hour healing patients. We want to make sure that you can maintain this focus while being in the loop about orders. That’s why we’ve introduced notifications which remind you that new messages are waiting for you. We always want to help to keep things moving.

Another month, a new important update to improve your GROM experience. We wanted to make sure that it becomes a bit easier to log into the app and also improve the way you can view your orders. Lets have a short walk-through of these great new features:

• Order filtering:
Got too many orders in your GROM app and losing the plot? Don't you worry. On the order viewer page, you can now filter by order status to get a clear few of your order flow.

• Order search:
Aside from status filters, you can now also search by order number. This will make it much easier to review orders and get straight to where you need to go.

• Login & password:
In order to make it easier to access the app, we've also added a login system. Gone are the days of pin numbers in your email. You can use your password for the app and get straight to ordering. This login and password can also be used to enter your web based order manager as well at: admin.getgrom.com
