1. App starts registering heart rate on launch which allows you to check everything is working before starting the measurement. Start button turns green when your heart rate is stable.
2. Improved intelligent error detection, combined with a single pulse indicator that goes amber for concealable errors, and red for uncorrectable errors
3. Save options at the end of measurement include entering a self-rated sleep score & the ability to record text comments (about your training, recovery, or anything you like).
4. The HRV number at top of the chart screen is shown in the colour of the daily change to make the traffic light system as easy as possible to use.
5. More sophisticated processing for training recommendations, including additional parasympathetic fatigue warnings
6. Full screen landscape chart when you rotate the phone in the Chart view. Shows every measurement recorded, not just the morning ones, so you can follow micro recovery eg post training, evening, etc
7. Landscape chart also displays training loads (entered on the Edit view by tapping any measurement). Auto scaled so you could use TRIMP, RPE, TSS, miles, whatever you like (so long as it is consistent)
