frustrating experience for ~$500 product
Was really excited to buy Jammy as I’m traveling a lot and want to practice playing guitar from time to time. But when I have received my Jammy, I wasn’t able to play even simple chords (I’m not a pro player, though had no any issue with real guitars). Most of the problems for me coming from a sensitivity of Jammy which is terrible out of the box, and even after trying to adjust the sensitivity settings (I have spent a few hours trying different settings with such a bad UX/UI. Your slider controls are the worst thing I have ever seen for adjusting values precisely). Even after doing that, I still have problems with open high e playing. Before making such a review, I wanted to wait for a couple of months to allow the team to fix firmware issues, but > 3 firmware and app updates weren't resolved issues with UX/UI and guitar sensitivity.
