Kalo Fitness is a social workout tracker and planner built by gym-goers for gym-goers. Kalo Fitness allows you to plan and track your workouts, track your progress, and share workouts with your friends - all in one app.
You can start a workout from scratch, create and save your own workouts or find a workout in the Kalo Fitness public workout repository.
Follow your friends - and invite them to groups - to share workouts and challenges, compare progress and keep each other on track. With Kalo’s built-in chat function, you and your friends can motivate each other, send each other workouts, and even compete against each other.
If you’re in need of some workout inspiration, there is also a public database of all the workouts ever completed by the Kalo Fitness community, (ranked by user workout rating, average weights lifted, and the average time taken) meaning you will never be short of a workout to follow.

Pricing:
At the moment, Kalo Fitness is completely free to use. We are taking time to allow users to get value from the application and also for us to gain valuable feedback which we can use to make sure we are providing the best experience possible.
After this, the application will move to a Freemium model, where some features will be accessible for free but some of the more premium features will be unlocked with a monthly subscription.
