Keystone is a habit tracker combined with a social platform that helps you achieve more.
Invite your close friends and family and create your support bubble where everyone strives to build healthy habits and break bad ones.
You can plan and track any habit (workout, meditation, journaling, hydration...) and your progress is automatically shared with the friends you select.
On Keystone, everything happens automatically - you don't post anything manually:
• Each time you successfully do your habit, a story will be automatically created and made visible to your friends. You can then edit this story to add your own content.
• In addition to being able to consult and react to your progress calendar at any time, your friends will also be notified of any significant event. For instance, if you hit a milestone level, a post will be created for you
Keystone also provides you will all the tools you need to plan and track any habit:
• Easily visualise your completion history
• Set and track any metric (steps done, minutes spent meditating…)
• Each habit has its own journal
Habits have a level that goes up when you do your habit.
Successfully doing your habit more than 3 times in a row will also start a streak that is visible to you and your friends.
Your all time best streak and highest level reached are recorded and publicly shown on your profile.
