Как запоминание иероглифов и их значения это приложение отличное, но отсутствуют «Онное» написание кандзи!

Doesn’t open
I love your app, bought a full version and used it everyday. But yesterday app set out after I opened it. Today is the same problem. I open - and second after I’m on the desk screen lol, app doesn’t work. I deleted it and downloaded again- didn’t help. Other apps work normally. Idk what happened with this one

Это приложение единственное, которое на мой взгляд адекватно и качественно сделано. Кандзи действительно запоминаются! Единственное, хотелось бы перенести прогресс с телефона на планшет (одна учетная запись), но на планшете пройденные уроки не отображаются. Можно это как-то исправить?

Страница поддержки не открывается! Подскажите, пожалуйста, как сбросить прогресс в приложении, чтобы начать заново? (из любопытства зашла в самый сложный уровень и теперь кандзи оттуда появляются при тренировках >_< )
Приложение очень крутое, есть всё, что нужно - тренировка написания, озвучивание, словарь с разными значениями и применением каждого кандзи. Кандзи идут по порядку, от простых к сложным. Спасибо разработчикам!
