Описание

A spin on the classic word-guessing puzzle game, LetterCode challenges you to decrypt a secret code. With each guess, you’ll learn a little bit more about the code:
— Red means the letter isn’t in the answer
— Yellow means the letter is in the answer, but in the wrong place
— Green means that you have the right letter in the right place
Try to crack the code before you run out of attempts, and for an additional challenge, complete it as quickly as you can for an even higher score! And don't worry, there is a colorblind mode.

LetterCode lets you customize your gameplay:
— Colorblind friendly!
— Hide the timer if you don’t like the pressure
— Turn on and off the sounds effects or music
— Adjust the difficulty by changing what types of inputs are allowed (but be careful, this can affect your score!)

LetterCode is limited to 5 plays per day, but you can purchase LetterCode Pro to unlock the following:
— Unlimited gameplay
— Access to “Hard” and “Expert” mode - get harder and longer words
— Access to your stats and play history

LetterCode Pro is a one-time purchase and supports family sharing.

- You can now lookup word definitions! At the end of the game or when viewing game history, just tap on the answer to see more. Internet connection required.
- Added some variations to the text at the end of a game, depending on how well you do.
- On the Stats page, total scores over 1 million are displayed in the format “1.234 M” to keep things neat and tidy.
- UI adjustments around streaks, just in case anyone hits triple digits!

- 281 new words added. Expect more with every update!
- Stats Galore! There is a new tab in PlayHistory. Tap it to see the following:
- Win/Loss ratios for each difficulty
- Win streaks for each difficulty
- Notable games
- Added another background track for those who play with music on.
- Scoring has been rebalanced. Previously, it did not take into account the length of the word, only your time, difficulty, and number of guesses. Scores are now multiplied by the word length to make things feel more fair. All of your previous scores will be automatically updated!
- When starting a new round, the game checks for words played in the last month and prevents those from being chosen again. Because each round picks a word at random from the database, there was a very small chance to see repeats in a short time span.
- Fixed an issue where colors were saved incorrectly when using Colorblind mode, causing display issues in Play History.
- Minor UI adjustments

- This update contains many small (but important) UI adjustments. Users on iPhones with small screens and/or Display Zoom should have a much better time. But the changes should also result in a more consistent experience across all devices. I can't always foresee every potential issue, so if you run into something, please contact me using the button in Options!
- I have updated some of the animations at the beginning and end of a game. Hopefully you like them. I think that they make the app feel more polished.
- More features are coming, but I wanted to get this bug fix out ASAP. Stay tuned!

- LetterCode is now colorblind friendly! You can enable this in Options.
- There is an all-new tutorial. Perfect for new players!
- More words added.
- Some difficulty changes have been made:
- Easy: 4 and 5-letter words. You will always have 6 chances to find the secret word. Previously, 4-letter words only gave you 5 chances.
- Medium: 5 and 6-letter words.
- Hard: 5 through 7-letter words.
- Expert: 5 through 8-letter words.
- For all word lengths other than 4, you will still have N+1 chances to find the secret word."
- The UI has been adjusted in Play History
- The total time played is now shown in the format HH:MM:SS, since I know you all are going to rack up the play time!
- Losing games are now color-coded as Red.
- Things have been moved around for better consistency.
- If "Play Music" is selected, starting a game will pause any currently-playing audio. Sound effects will mix in with audio, regardless.
