In this update, we've fine-tuned the Background Removal Tool and introduced several other improvements to boost your workflow:
ENHANCED BACKGROUND REMOVAL
- The Background Removal Tool now delivers improved results, with finer detail along the edges of photo cut-out.
SELECTION PRIORITY
- User selection now takes precedence over other criteria, ensuring object selection only changes when you actively choose to switch to a different selection.
ARTBOARD IMPROVEMENTS
- Artboards are now clipped by default, which means that any elements beyond the Artboard's boundaries will remain hidden unless selected.
- Transparent backgrounds are now represented with a checkered pattern instead of being displayed as white.
- It's now possible to conveniently duplicate Artboards directly from the canvas by simply right-clicking on them.
NEW KEYBOARD SHORTCUT
- CTR + R will now show and hide rulers.
IMPROVED COPY / PASTE BEHAVIOR
- Copied elements are now pasteable within groups. When pasted, the copied element will appear above the selected object inside the group in the Layers Tab.

- Double tap or double click on an image to enter or exit the crop functionality.
PALM REJECTION
- Palm rejection avoids any unintended drawing when your hand touches the iPad.
- When drawing with the Apple Pencil, only areas touched with the tip of the pencil are recognized by our tools.
CANVAS NOTIFICATIONS
- Warning, error, and successful action notifications are designed to guide you with helpful, in-app messages. They will appear at the top of your screen.
- These notifications timeout automatically between 2-7 seconds. They can also be manually dismissed sooner by swiping up on iOS/iPadOS devices.

Много багов
Нельзя нанести градиентную заливку на группу. Плашка с заливкой, которая выезжает снизу, очень мешает при работе с основной панелью цвета, так как надо постоянно закрывать смахиванием вниз открытую поверх палитру. Нельзя изменить непрозрачность подуровня слоя. Мне действительно для каждой кривой надо новый слой создавать или менять непрозрачность заливки и обводки? Инструмент белая стрелка (точечное выделение) иногда работает как чёрная стрелка (выделение слоя). Нельзя провалиться внутрь сгруппированного объекта. Это только то, что вспомнила. Это пока нерабочая прога, совершенно ненадежная.

How to set rounded stroke cap for brush tool by default?
I can only change the stroke cap for the last brush mark. After that stroke cap resets to quad state. And a new mark starts with ugly square. But I want it to be rounded by default every time I’m using brush tool.

Круто как самостоятельное приложение, в связке не очень комфортно
Если делать работу только в vectonator, то всё хорошо и удобно, на том уровне на котором работаю я, претензий нет, но как только переносишь работу в illustrator, в разделе слоёв начинается ад (добавляется обтравочная рамка, к слоям добавляются непрошенные группы) из-за чего становится почти невозможно работать или приходится тратить время на систематизацию всего заново. Возможно, я не разобралась полностью с экспортом, но пока что решение проблемы не нашла

Испортили программу
Последними обновлениями испортили программу:
1. Принудительная регистрация в облаке. Без онлайн регистрации, как раньше, работать не дает.
2. Принудительный перенос уже существующих файлов в облако без желания пользователя. Существующие файлы при этом испорчены.
3. Дикие тормоза при выборе шрифта и прокрутке списка шрифтов.
4. Печатать невозможно. Глючит. Сама включается строчная буква на каждом втором знаке.
5. Выравнивание текста и границ текста произвольно скачет, как хочет.
В поддержку писал. Им все равно.
