Along with physical health, mental health is just as important, so having a journal to track your daily self will help you monitor your well being!

User Interface Change
- Completely changed the user interface of all the views within the app

Database Integration
- I integrated a database to now store users in the app, allowing users to set up their own profile name and profile picture! (For a big future update)

Journal
- Users can input anything into their journal log and always to back to them until deleted. Maybe input how you were feeling a particular day?

Next Updates
- I've been working hard recently to update this app knowing how under developed it was, and I'm ready to continue pushing more updates for you!
- I plan on integrating a meal plan type update to allow users to search up recipes and other fun stuff!
- I also plan on making a 'wellness' page that could help any user than wants to use it!
- Lastly, I plan on making a community page. I plan on making it social media-ish to allow users to post whatever is on their mind and talk with other individuals as well!
