Check out Livingston Club Fitness Centre's variety of personal training and group exercise classes led by certified instructors. Members who wish to participate in group exercise programs can easily for for the right class on our app and book before space runs out. Registered programs typically run from six to eight weeks.
Registration is on a first come, first served basis for each session, so be sure to sign up for the classes you're interested in. Registration dates and class schedules are updated on our app regularly.
All classes are self-paced, which means that you determine the intensity that is best for you. It’s easy; just listen to your body. We encourage you to exercise according to your fitness level.
Personal Training is not just for elite athletes and celebrities! Everyone can benefit from a session with one of our highly qualified trainers. If you’re just looking for a new program design, one of our trainers will customize an exercise program based entirely on your fitness needs and time constraints.
