The Health Portal also lets you connect with Apple Health(HealthKit) and a set of wearable devices to conveniently consolidate your wellness information in one location with your health records.
The app is free to install and use. You can securely login with the following:
• Verified UAEPass account or
• Your Emirates ID and email address
After a successful login, you can choose between using the app in English or Arabic and immediately start using it to access your information.
The Malaffi Health Portal displays the following medical information:
· Laboratory results (including COVID-19), radiology and microbiology reports
· Allergies
· Medical conditions
· Medications
· Procedures
· Details about your doctor visits
· Appointments
· Immunisations
· Discharge summaries
Your information is organised in several sections:
1. My Health
The main landing page of the Portal gives you a quick summary of your overall health information such as recent lab test results, allergies, appointments, and recent visits to healthcare facilities.
2. Reports
This section is a repository of your test records in Malaffi, including laboratory results (including COVID-19), textual radiology reports (such as reports from X-rays or MRI scans) and microbiology results. sorted chronologically.
3. Health History
This section contains complete information about your allergies, visits, current and past medications, conditions, procedures, immunisations, appointments and clinical documents such as discharge summaries.
4. Wellness
The Wellness tab allows you to consolidate data from your apps and wearables and visualise them all at once. You can also connect the following devices/applications: Fitbit, Garmin, and Withings. More devices will be added to the list as they become available.
5. Profile
This section includes your language preference (English or Arabic), notifications, information about your profile, help and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), and a button to sign out of the portal. Under “Who Viewed my Record” you will be able to see a list of the different clinicians that have viewed your data during your visits, including a timestamp and the facility name.
Malaffi will continue to update the Health Portal and develop new features to make it more interactive and engaging.
The medical information in the Malaffi Health Portal is saved by your healthcare professionals in Abu Dhabi, which means that it might not be easy for you to understand. Please get in touch with your doctor or nurse who will be able to explain this information.
If you notice missing or incorrect information, please report it to your doctor or nurse at the respective healthcare facility.
