Mindfulness practices for young adults (11-18 years of age). This app is a useful companion to the Mindfulness Association's 'Mindfulness Based Living Course - Young Adults' (MBLC-YA). Even if you haven't taken the course, you may still find these audio practices helpful. Practices are between 3 and 15 minutes' duration.
