Join us on a journey to Wellness! As part of this Wellness journey you will have the opportunity to reflect on your current practices and habits, learn about new relevant practices and habits, and then create goals for a relevant, realistic personal self-care and resiliency plan. After creating your individualized self-care plan you will continue your journey by reflecting upon your stress resiliency, while continuing to build your self-awareness. As you reflect through this process, you will have the opportunity to enter daily journal entries using text or pictures. You will have access to many Wellness resources including relevant articles, videos, and podcasts. The resource section of this APP will become your new “go-to” as you learn and grow in your Wellness journey!
