1. Open Settings on the iPhone app and tap on 'Health app'.
2. Tap on 'Sync stats with Apple Watch app' and then tap on 'Sync'.

1) Due to API changes in watchOS, we are using Mindfulness Session Extended Runtime to keep the app running when user lowers the wrist which has a limit of 1 hour. So keeping the app running beyond 1 hour is not possible as of now.

3) The app has a meditation time of 45 minutes as of now.
(If you have any requirement of running the meditation beyond 1 hour, do let us know so that we know the number of users affected by this.)
