So many ads! So hard to find new videos that fit the time we had before work! So, over the course of time, we built this app with the help of our trusty puggles, Bailey and Izzy. They supervise workouts every morning and help mom test it out. Then dad makes changes based on mom's feedback. Let Bailey and Izzy help you get fit, too!
