Monocle Structure Scanner lets you Copy/Paste real world to the digital world.

You can share 3D models with a free Monocle Cloud account, upload your scans, and enjoy an AR digital experience. Simply share a web link and the online Monocle Viewer takes care of the rest, no app installation required.

Scan furniture, people, and most objects; and put a copy of your scan in your real world with AR. Check if that couch or desk fits! Scan a full person, and see them standing next to you.

In-app purchase of V3Pro enables higher quality scans, and additional export options:
- OBJ export is included free (no purchase necessary)
- GLTF/GLB files for using with WebGL viewers
- USDZ for instant AirDrop sharing to other iOS users (no app needed)
- STL for 3D printing

** Monocle Structure Scanner requires Occipital Structure Sensor, and is compatible with Mark II.

- Scan "Eraser" - Most satisfying eraser tool for cleaning errant geometry off your scans.
- When scanning Press & Hold to lock Auto Exposure and Auto White Balance.
- Up to 500% better scan texture map quality.
- New "World" tracking mode, for more precise scanning of difficult objects like shiny cars, or dark surfaces.

- When preparing to scan, long-press to "lock exposure". Now you can lock exposure on a person's face, and then place the capture volume on a dark floor.
- Improved USDZ materials, so your scans look better than ever when shared on Monocle Cloud
- Better camera rotation and pan controls when viewing 3D models
- Monocle Cloud viewer now reports progress and internet connectivity issues
- Improved crash protection due to low memory. You'll get a warning if memory runs low, and if iOS terminates the app while processing, it will recover the most recent data on next start.

We've also improved Mark II support with full support of Firmware 1.0, with better overall stability.

Other improvements:
- All orientations supported, you can now scan in portrait orientation.
- the mid-air scanning box is now a fixed distance in front of the camera (1 meter / 3 feet), so it's easier to tell what you are scanning.
- robust scanning, improved the handling of system alerts (ie, low battery warnings) and accidental edge swipes that could cause the scan to reset.
