By setting up the in-app alarm, MOONA will adapt its temperature to follow your body needs and wake you up naturally, leaving you fully rested and feeling fresh and ready for a new day.

Sleep data visualization
The movement tracker on the edge of your pillow and your daily evaluation help build your sleep data on which you can see your progress but also details of each night.

Tips and advice to improve sleep
MOONA also has a sleep coach that helps you improve your night by giving you tips and recommendations, aiming to provide you the most relaxing and efficient sleep.
