A dictionary for Darija (Moroccan Arabic)

With this app we want to help people learn the Moroccan Arabic dialect "Darija" and communicate with Moroccans more easily. It’s also a great tool for Moroccans to speak with English speakers.

- Audio recordings from native Darija speakers for all Moroccan words to help you pronounce them correctly
- No internet connection required, all Audio files are immediately offline available
- All Darija words have Arabic script and Latin ("Arabizi"/"Chat-Arabic") transliteration
- Search words written in English, Arabic and Chat-Arabic, including partial matches
- More than 1500 words have explanations and clarifications
- More than 770 words have examples sentences or conjugations with Audio
- More than 450 words have plural or female version
- Most verbs are annotated with their type (CCC, CC, CVC, CCV)
- Many new words are in the process of getting added
