No connection? Download classes to view offline with no internet connection necessary so you can take your practice anytime, anywhere. If you sign out of the app, downloaded classes are cleared from storage on your device. But don’t worry, you can re-download them once you’ve signed back in.

Founded and run by Kat Farrants who discovered the amazing power that yoga had in helping her to recover from emotional and physical challenges. Her mission is to bring these tools, from the very best teachers, to every body, no matter what they wear, where they live or how much time they have.
