Thanks for using Munch! This update includes a major update allowing members to track their progress using the intuitive eating assessment scale. As usual it also includes some bug fixes and performance improvements.
Our intuitive eating tip of the week is about joyful movement. Don't always exercise to meet a goal, enjoy it too. Go for a run with friends, try out skateboarding or take a plunge in cold water followed by a coffee club.
