My Arthritis is an app created to help people living with arthritis self-manage their condition and improve their overall health and wellbeing.
This app has been developed by Ampersand Health, in collaboration with leading specialists at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS).
Through the My Arthritis app, you will be able to learn more about your condition through useful and engaging tools and resources, all of which will help you to stay on-top of your condition and live a happier, healthier life.

What can you do on this app?
Track your symptoms
Keep track of your symptoms and flares so that you can discover patterns in your health and habits. Doing so will help you to prolong periods of remission and reduce instances of relapse.

Build better habits through expert-led courses
Join inflammatory arthritis specific courses led by leading experts and consultants to boost your wellbeing and establish long-term lifestyle habits that will help you manage your symptoms better.
