- Suivre l'évolution de vos mesures corporelles
- Retrouver tous les exercices, activités et défis mis à votre disposition
- Consulter le planning de l'espace Fitness de votre centre
- Suivre les exercices proposés sur les machines de votre salle Fitness en scannant leurs QR codes avec l'appli

Vous pouvez synchroniser cette appli avec Apple Health App. Si vous activez cette connexion, toute séance d'entraînement avec l'appli Health sera automatiquement ajouté à votre calendrier d'activités.
