MyJournE allows you to monitor your mood and wellbeing on a daily basis as well as entering positive and negative life events using diary entries. You will be able to track and reflect on your entries and see your top-rated words each day. You will also be able to look at how your mood changes in different situations, for example who you are with, what you are up to and where you are.
