The MyTutor app is a scheduling and messaging tool which will make it easy for you to handle your bookings in one place, giving you more flexibility and greater earning power!

We have fixed some issues in this version which should help the app run smoother.
-Notifications have been fixed for Messages, Lesson Requests, School Requests, and Tutor Requests
-Suggested times for meetings were displaying but not being sent to users – this has been updated and suggested times can be sent for all lesson types
-Users were being automatically logged out – this has been fixed and all users will stay logged into the app upon closing it

Happy New Year! The new year brings an update to the App. We have fixed some issues to ensure that the App is stable. The only noticeable change for you guys is the new terminology
‘Free Meetings’ will now be referred to as ‘Free Video Meetings’ – we think that this helps to describe how the meetings take place. It should help parents understand what will happen better
‘Tutorials’ will now be referred to as ‘Online Lessons’ – we thought that tutorial sounded a bit outdated, and lesson sounds friendly and familiar. ‘Online’ again helps parents and students understand what we do
‘Written Sessions’ will now be ‘Written Work Reviews’ – This is again for clarity. We thought that ‘work review’ is more descriptive of what the feature actually sets out to deliver

Tutors, don’t be caught out by the clock change this weekend!

On Sunday 29th October, the clocks go back by one hour. To save any confusion with your upcoming bookings, please take a moment to update the MyTutor App. (You can do this before or after the clock change, the same fixes will apply).

What’s new?

- All times (including tutorials) will be displayed in UK local time.
- Tutoring from abroad? The app times will now match the website.

Update the app this weekend and remain organised for your winter-time tutorials :)

Hello Tutors! Been busy with exams? We’ve been busy too! Here’s what's new in this update:

1. Clearer labelling for messaging between parents and students.
2. Remember those pesky push notifications? Well they are gone! Feel free to turn on reminder notifications again so you don’t miss those tutorials!
3. On the schools programme? Pupil messaging is now possible.
4. Messaging is now live updating - no more having to wait for a refresh.
5. Parents suggested times now appear in the App
