Note All stores and organizes notes and makes them easy to find.
STORE
Notes can contain text, images, map locations and sound clips. These are called note elements.
ORGANIZE
Arrange your notes into multiple levels of folders and into separate notebooks.
Sort each folder by name or date, or arrange them in whatever order you’d like.
Move or copy notes between folders or notebooks.
Move or copy note elements between notes.

Draw arrows and freehand lines onto your images.

Rotate, resize and change the color of any of these annotations.
SYNC & SHARE
Any notebook can be synced via your Dropbox account to share with multiple devices.
The notebook can be modified on any of the devices with all changes syncing to other devices.
Syncing is initiated manually; you control when to sync your notebooks.

Create backup archives of your notes database at any time.
Copy backup archives to your computer using iTunes sharing.

После очередного обновления пропали все сохраненные в приложении изображения. Да и вообще кривой апп.

Очень неплохая записная книжка
В базовом варианте бесплатно
В платном (0,99$) получаешь директории и пароли на папки (без криптозащиты)
Возможности:
- вставка русского текста
- вставка картинок
- голосовые заметки
- геотеги
- экспорт записей по email
Все очень четко, просто, лаконично.
Из минусов
- текстовые ремарки на картинках нельзя сделать по-русски (кракозябры)
- отсутствие настройки интерфейса программы (ни обложек, ни бумаги, ни шрифта, ни его размера)
- отсутствие работы дизайнера
- некрасивая иконка программы (ну вот не нравится она мне:)

- no reminders
- text, written on picture, is not in Unicode - non-English characters are unreadable
But at all this app is very nice and useful. I recommend.
